For Las Vegas & Traveling Engagements

Performance & Scheduling

Call Time

Performers must arrive a minimum of 1–2 hours before the scheduled performance time unless otherwise agreed. Timing may vary depending on the performance booked.

Performance Duration

As contracted. Any additional sets, roaming dancers, or freestyle/hype segments must be requested and approved in writing.

Rehearsal / Technical Check

A minimum 1-hour rehearsal or stage walk-through is required either 1 day prior to event, or on the day of the event for performances exceeding 10 minutes.

Performer Prep Area (Green Room / Dressing Room)

A private space must be provided for performers to prepare. This may be a dressing room, backstage area, or private meeting room.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clean, private, climate-controlled space

  • Table, chairs, mirror, and adequate lighting

  • Bottled water or water pitcher with cups

  • Secure place for personal belongings and costumes

Technical Requirements

Stage / Performance Area

  • Minimum clear space: 12 ft x 12 ft (or per contracted act)

  • Flat, dry, clean, non-slip surface (low-pile carpet acceptable)

  • Please notify us of floor surface type in advance

  • Area must be free of cords, décor, podiums, speakers, or hazards

  • For high-energy shows, staging and décor must allow full movement

Typical performance space guidelines:

  • Solo or Duo (Freestyle/Atmosphere): 8 ft x 8 ft to 10 ft x 10 ft

  • Small Group (2–4 dancers): 10 ft x 10 ft to 15 ft x 15 ft

  • Medium Group (4–6 dancers): 16 ft x 20 ft - Stadium Shows - Mixtape, Discophoria, Merrytopia, Velvet Society)

  • Full Choreographed Show (6–10 dancers): 16 ft x 20 ft to 20 ft x 24 ft - Stadium Shows - Mixtape, Discophoria, Merrytopia, Velvet Society)

  • Large Stage or Production (10+ dancers): 20 ft x 24 ft to 24 ft x 32 ft or full stage size - Stadium Shows - Mixtape, Discophoria, Merrytopia, Velvet Society)

Audio

  • Professional sound system with a DJ or audio technician to play track.

  • Ability to play MP3/WAV from USB, laptop, or client-provided track

  • One wired or wireless microphone *if required for the act

Lighting

  • Adequate performance lighting ensuring full visibility of performers

  • No heavy strobe or intense fog effects without approval

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Added performance sets or freestyle/hype dancer hours

  • Early call times, extended rehearsals, or overtime

  • Travel, lodging, transportation, and per diem for non-local events

Insurance & Liability

  • Client or venue must carry general liability insurance for the event

  • Performers are not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe stage or venue conditions

  • Client is responsible for compliance with venue, safety, and fire regulations

Media & Usage Rights

  • Client may take photos and videos for personal or internal event use

  • Livestreaming, commercial use, or broadcast requires written approval and appropriate music licensing

Agreement

All rider elements will be incorporated into the final contract and sent to the client for signature once performance selections are confirmed.

Traveling Engagements (Outside Las Vegas)

Transportation

  • Round-trip economy airfare with 1 checked bag and standard seat selection per performer and director

  • Ground transportation: airport → hotel → venue (Uber, SUV, or similar)

  • Parking and tolls covered by the client if needed.

Hotel Accommodations

  • Minimum 3-star hotel (Marriott, Hilton, or similar)

  • Two performers per room, two queen beds, non-smoking

Per Diem & Meals

  • $70 per performer per travel day.

  • If the event provides meals (such as a gala or dinner event), performers must receive a minimum 30-minute meal break.

  • Dinner or meals may be served in the green room or during the venue’s designated staff dining time.

  • Bottled water and light snacks must be available during all onsite performance and rehearsal hours.

  • For traveling performances, dinner or a full meal must be provided by the client. This can be:

    • A meal served at the event,

    • A meal prepared by the venue, or

    • A delivered meal to be eaten onsite.

Baggage & Equipment Fees

All baggage such as additional checked bags for costumes or prop-related fees are to be covered by the client. Varies per performance as to how many dancers are selected.

Mixtape, Discophoria, Merrytopia, and Velvet Society are 2 additional checked bags.
