We perform at corporate events, brand activations, galas, award shows, nightlife events, private parties, conventions, festivals, sporting events, and large-scale celebrations. If there’s music and a crowd, we can likely build a show for it.

Q: How much does it cost to book Stadium Dance?
Pricing varies based on number of performers, show length, choreography complexity, costuming, rehearsal, travel, and production needs. After a brief consultation, we will send a detailed custom proposal for your event.

Q: Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. Minimums vary depending on season, date, and performance type. This will be stated clearly in your proposal and contract.

Q: How do I start the booking process?
Contact us with your event date, location, estimated schedule, concept, and budget range. We’ll confirm availability and send a formal quote.

Q: What is required to secure my date?
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially confirm your booking.

Q: Can you customize the performance for our brand or theme?
Yes. We can customize music, choreography, wardrobe, and styling to match your brand or event concept. Additional creative fees may apply for heavy customization.

Q: Do you offer fully choreographed shows or atmosphere dancers?
We offer both. You can book choreographed stage shows, atmosphere/freestyle dancers, hype performers, or a custom mix.

Q: How long are your performances?
Stage shows typically run 5–20 minutes. Atmosphere/freestyle segments are booked in 15–30 minute intervals per hour of service.

Q: What technical requirements do you have?
We require a safe, clean, non-slip performance area, professional sound system, and appropriate lighting. Full technical specs are included in our Performance Rider.

Q: What kind of stage or floor do you need?
A flat, clean, dry, non-slip surface free of obstructions. We must know the floor type in advance for safety planning.

Q: Do you perform outdoors?
Yes, with proper flooring and weather accommodations. Dangerous conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) may require modifications or relocation.

Q: What do clients need to provide on site?
A safe performance space, professional sound & lighting, private dressing/green room, bottled water, and access for rehearsals. Meals and transportation requirements apply for travel bookings.

Q: Do you provide costumes and wardrobe?
Yes. We provide show-ready wardrobe and can create custom looks if needed.

Q: Can you match our brand colors or dress code?
Yes, as long as we receive the requirements early enough for styling and fittings.

Q: Do you offer family-friendly or corporate-appropriate shows?
Yes. We can tailor choreography, music, and wardrobe to your event environment.

Q: Can you perform to our specific song or custom music mix?
Yes. We can choreograph to your track or use a custom mix. Final audio must be provided in advance.

Q: Who is responsible for music licensing?
The client or venue is typically responsible for all licensing at the event. Livestreams and broadcasts may require additional rights.

Q: Do you offer virtual or hybrid performances?
Yes. We offer pre-recorded, virtual, and livestream performance options.

Q: Do you travel for events outside Las Vegas?
Yes. The client is responsible for airfare, hotel, ground transportation, per diem, and baggage fees as outlined in our rider.

Q: How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 6–12 weeks in advance. Rush bookings may be available for an additional fee.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation terms are included in your contract and in our company policies.

Q: Are you insured?
Yes. Stadium maintains business coverage. However, clients/venues must provide event-specific general liability insurance.

Q: What happens if conditions are unsafe on the day of the event?
If the area is unsafe (wet floors, hazards, extreme weather, harassment, etc.), our lead may pause, adjust, or cancel performance for safety without penalty to our team.

Q: Can guests film the performance?
Guests may typically take personal photos or videos. Commercial use or broadcast requires written approval.

Q: Do you work with agencies and production companies?
Yes. We collaborate with creative agencies, production teams, and event planners regularly.

Q: Can you help cast local dancers for our project?
Yes. We offer full casting services including submissions, live auditions, callbacks, and final selection.

Q: Can minors perform with Stadium Dance?
Only with advance approval, proper supervision, and compliance with all legal requirements.

Q: How do we communicate show details once booked?
You’ll be assigned a show lead or coordinator to manage all communication during planning and event execution.
