We offer transparent à la carte pricing for professional dance talent. You can book performers, choreography, or fully customized entertainment packages designed to fit your event and budget.

Scoping Factors – Pricing is based on routine length, number of dancers, on-site hours, rehearsal time, costuming, technical requirements, and overall performance complexity
STANDARD NON-UNION DANCER RATES
Half-Day Industry Professional Dancer (Up To 4 Hours) – $600
Full Day Industry Professional Dancer (Up To 8 Hours) – $1,200
Hourly Performer (Up To 3 Hours) – $120 Per Hour (Typically 2-Hour Minimum)
Overtime – 1.5 Times Hourly Rate After 8 Hours (Billed In 30-Minute Increments)
Agency Fee Waived – When Using In-House Choreographers And Dancers For Full-Scope Projects
REHEARSAL RATES (NON-UNION)
Half-Day Rehearsal (Up To 4 Hours) – $120 / hr
Full-Day Rehearsal (Up To 8 Hours) – $1000
Hourly Rehearsal Rate – $(Varies Based On Experience)
General Rehearsal Rule – Minimum 4 Hours Of Rehearsal Per 1 Minute Of Choreography (May Vary Based On Complexity)
WARDROBE AND COSTUMES
Fittings – $55 Per Hour Per Person + $200 admin fee.
COSTUME FEE: Starting at $100 / dancer / per event / per day
ADDITIONAL FEES AND LOGISTICS
Parking – $25+ Per Performer Or Choreographer On Non-Event Days (Monday–Wednesday),$50 Per Person On Event Days (Thursday–Sunday), Prices Vary By Venue
On-Site Time Beyond Performance – Billed At Standard Hourly Performer Rate
Per Diem (Las Vegas Local Standard) – $61 Per Day (Based On GSA Guidelines, If Applicable)
PER DIEM AND MEALS (FOR TRAVELING BOOKINGS)
Per Diem Travel – $70 Per Performer Per Travel Day
Meal Breaks – If meals are provided at the event (gala, dinner, or catered function), performers require a minimum 30-minute meal break
Meal Location – Meals may be served in the green room or designated staff dining area
Snacks And Water – Bottled water and light snacks must be available during all on-site performance hours
Traveling Meals – Dinner or a full meal must be provided for traveling performances. This may be provided by the venue, catering, or delivery to be consumed on-site
STUDIO RENTAL RATES (ADDED TO REHEARSAL FEES IF REQUESTED)
Small Studio (Up To 5 Dancers) – $35 Per Hour
Large Studio (6 Or More Dancers) – $55 Per Hour
Rates Reflect Discounted Partner Studio Pricing In Las Vegas, varies per location booked.
MUSIC EDITING AND CUSTOM MIXES
Custom Music Mix – Start at $300 which Includes music selection, edits, and final mastered MP3)
Music Playlist: A curated music playlist 10-20 songs will be made off of client provided insight (1 zoom meeting to discuss music up to 1 hr). Client will select top 4 from list (ranking top choices and down) to use in mix or cut options for performance. Music will then be edited based on mixing transitions that work with the song choices (music editing fees apply)

Mixing And Mastering – Includes audio cutting, blending, tempo adjustments, transitions, and final polish for performance use. Hourly $100 / hr
Rush Edits – Additional fees apply for mixes needed within 48 hours or same-day turnaround. Hourly $150 / hr
Revisions – Billed at $75 Per Hour / Rush $150 Per Hour
