Core Casting Services:

Casting Coordination — $360+ per project
Includes posting notices, collecting submissions, scheduling, and communication with talent.

Live / In-Person Casting Session — $600–$1,440
Full coordination including digital submissions, scheduling, callbacks, and communication.

Choreographer — $90–$180 per hour

Venue Rental — $75–$120 per hour (average)

Judging / Consulting — $150+ per hour

Audition Reviews & Evaluations

Video Audition Review — $60–$120 per 4 videos

On-Site Casting or Callback (Live event or convention) — $150-$200+ per hour

Final Talent Booking Fee — $30–$60 per performer
Applied when final booking holds/contracts are issued.

Hosting Live or Virtual Auditions (up to 4 hours) — $480–$960

On-Site Casting Director / Talent Call Management — $540–$1,080 per day
